Murphy Marketing Solutions (MMS) is a locally owned and operated, by Cheryl & Ben Murphy, geared towards assisting REALTORS with listing promotions and business development.  Cheryl has over 13 years in the LOCAL Pensacola real estate market and the surrounding areas.  As a REALTOR herself, she knows all the ins and outs of real estate and what it takes to grow a successful real estate business.  With a passion for marketing and statistics, she has utilized her talents behind the scenes assisting brokerages and other agents, as opposed to being out in front of the clients.  Cheryl is proficient with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Constant Contact, social media sites, blogging platforms, MLS & various agent website management dashboards.  She is also passionate about photography, which makes for seamless integration into real estate marketing.  Market statistics is also a, let’s call it a fascination, (instead of obsession) of hers’.  So, with great knowledge of the Pensacola Real Estate market on where it’s been and how it is today, it makes her a great asset to have as a real estate sales professional seeking business development and client engagement.

Ben, Cheryl’s better half (hey! who’s writing this?-Cheryl),  has a knack for exceptional customer service, managerial skills, computer networking, solving computer issues and all around general man stuff (home repairs, general HVAC service and is Pool certified).  He specializes in website & blog design, but is also proficient with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Social Media sites, and blogging platforms.  Ben also enjoys graphic design (2 heads are better than one) and has created some fabulous branding pieces for agents.
